30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were received.

• Items should be returned with original tags attached when applicable.
• Items showing wear, washing, alterations, damage, or other changes after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
• Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

Return Shipping

For returns due to fit, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

When The Found Wardrobe provides a prepaid return label for a customer-responsible return, the cost of that label may be deducted from the approved refund.

If we sent the wrong item or an item has a significant condition issue that was not disclosed in the listing, The Found Wardrobe will cover the appropriate return shipping cost.

Please do not mail a return until your return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Any applicable prepaid return-label cost or original shipping adjustment described in this policy may be deducted from the refund before it is issued.

Orders That Received Free Shipping

If an order qualified for free shipping because its merchandise total exceeded $75 and a return causes the remaining merchandise total to fall below $75, the original $7.95 shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect item or discover significant damage or a condition issue that was not disclosed in the listing. Photos may be requested so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Final Sale Items

If an item is designated as final sale, that designation will be clearly stated in the listing before purchase.

Sizing & Measurements

Measurements are provided on product listings whenever available. Because fit is personal and garment sizing can vary between brands and styles, we strongly recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar garment you already own before purchasing.
